After practicing law for decades at top Houston law firms, Dan Woodall wanted to provide his clients with “big firm” quality, sophistication, and expertise but in a small firm environment free from the conflicts, rate pressures, and overhead burdens inherent in all large law firms. Consequently, in August 2016, Dan co-founded Woodall Batchelor, PLLC, which later, in 2021, became The Woodall Law Firm, PLLC. Now in 2025, Dan and Jim Rensimer have founded Woodall Rensimer, PLLC.

We are located in The Woodlands, Texas, and Orlando, Florida. Although our attorneys are licensed in Texas, Florida, and New York, we handle subrogation cases and coverage matters nationwide.
